Reply to Message(s) from user
Reply from Email
Log into the Help Gmail account
Open the email with the chat you would like to respond to
Click Reply and write your response to the chat message
Click Send
The User will receive the message in the Bot Chat Bubble and via email
Reply from Intercom Console
Log into Intercom.com using the Help account login
Choose the message you would like to reply to from the list on the Left
Type you reply in the Reply field
Hit Enter or click the Send button in the bottom right corner of the Reply field
Add New Article
Log into Intercom.com using the Help account login
Click on the Inbox dropdown field in the Top Left Corner of the page
Click on Articles
Click on the blue New Article button in the top right corner
If Copying a current Job Aide
Copy and paste the content from the job aide into the new article
Copy and paste the title from the job aide into the Article Title field
If creating a new Job Aide from scratch
Enter the Title for the new article
Type in the content of the new article
Click Publish to publish the article
Put the Article in the correct Collection
Click on Help Center
Click on Collections
Click on the Collection you would like to add the article to
Click on the blue Add Articles button
Setup Notifications for new Chat Messages
Log into Intercom.com using the Help account login
Click on the Profile Icon in the bottom left corner
Click on Your Account
Click on Notifications
Check the place you would like to get the notifications sent to
Email should already be checked but Desktop and Mobile are additional options
