All Staff need to sign an agreement form. If you have not done so please read over the Statement, Core Beliefs and Position Papers and then sign this form. It will give you a place to write if you have any questions you want to ask of our leadership about these papers.

It is the responsibility of all staff and volunteers to report serious financial, legal or ethical concerns that may constitute illegal or reputation damaging conduct.

Good Faith Concern Policy - read first before submitting the form.

Anti-Harassment & Child Protection Policy

CMM does not tolerate harassment of any kind. CMM has established and implemented this Policy to be followed by all employees and volunteers in and out of office.
