God has blessed us with a wonderful property and we know we have been blessed to be a blessing. We are excited at the opportunity to serve other ministries in the community by sharing this space with them.In order to ensure that we steward our property well, we have developed a process and policy for allowing others to use our facility.

We have broken down the process into two groups.

  • CMM Staff

  • Non-CMM Staff

CMM Staff

Any CMM staff wanting to use any part of the headquarters building for CMM events that aren't coordinated HQ or non-CMM events must submit the Facilities Use Request Form. The form will be reviewed by the facilities management team. If the space is available and the request is within reason, it will likely be approved.

No staff will be allowed to use the facility without prior approval.

Non-CMM Staff

The facilities management team has full discretion in determining who is allowed to use the property and when. Only Great Commission Ministries will be considered. We will not be able to accommodate individuals or groups wanting to use the property. If you know of any Great Commission Ministry that is interested in using our building, please send them the link for our Facilities Use Request Form. No one will be allowed to use the building without first submitting this form. Please see a list of example events we would be happy to host below.

  • StuMo hosting a training for students

  • Men Sharpening Men conducting their monthly meetings

  • BYX hosting a leader's retreat

Once the form is submitted, our facilities management team will review the submission and contact them. The team will work with them to reserve the dates requested and they will walk them through the expectations and requirements of using our building. Submission of the request form does not guarantee availability or permission to use the facility.
