Small group studies, and other such trainings, are stored in HubSpot as Via Trainings Records. You can follow the steps below to setup the Registration form for your small group or other training.
Set up a Via Training registration:
Submit the Via Trainings Setup Request Form
Check your email for a link to sign up for your particular Training
Share that link with anyone who wants to sign up for that Training
View your Training's participants
In HubSpot, navigate to CRM > Via Trainings
Search for the training name you submitted in the setup request form
Click on that Training's name to be taken to it's overview page
Here you can view all the contacts on that Training, as well as all the Via Training Registrations
Training Contacts /Training Registrations Differences
Contacts are all the individuals that submitted the Registration Form
Via Training Registrations are a record of that individual, for this training.
Here we can store data that will be different for every training that they may attend. For example, we can store the following and more:
Their group leader
If they were a group leader
If they've gone through one of these studies before
etc
