Via utilizes the following Software as Service (SAS) systems for CRM database, Donations, Event, Contact forms, and tracking tools for field teams.

  • HubSpot is our primary CRM (constituent relationship management) software used by all teams, including field teams. Team leaders have wanted better ways to track churches and people, so we will be training staff this summer and fall in how to use HubSpot. If you remember the activity in Bootcamp where we discussed the need for organization and systems, we put dozens of sticky notes on our heads to symbolize all the various pieces of information we needed to manage our support raising activities and relationships. That same principle applies to managing ministry contacts. HubSpot has an integration with Gmail as well, so anytime you email a ministry contact from your work email, it will be attached to their database record as well. We are using HubSpot's Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. This is where most Via emails to our various subscription lists will be sent from as well.

  • EventBrite is our new event registration system. We use event registrations for Bootcamps and conferences, but teams have also started using it to track participants coming to Explore studies and other field team events. We will likely transition small events first into EventBrite, and transition Bootcamps and conferences later this fall once we've tested it out substantially.

  • Virtuous is our new donor management system, and donors will actually give through a Via branded giving portal on Virtous servers for security reasons. This will enable donors to have their own login and account, so they can update payment methods, updated credit card expiration dates, and retrieve donation receipts.

  • PathWright is our new online LMS (Learning Management System). We have created online courses for Via Families, and are putting Via Staff Orientation and many training and development courses on there as well. We are testing it out for Bootcamp.
