Leadership Development Action Steps

Weekly time allowance for professional development (1-2 hours)

  1. Team Leader’s Monthly 1-on-1’s with Dave Rofkahr

  2. Monthly development email, Excel & Elevate.

    1. Reminders of that month’s leadership rhythms, actions & responsibilities.

    2. Highlights one area of S.E.R.V.E. (leadership philosophy) for them to self-evaluate and focus on.

    3. Suggested a quality leadership podcast, article, book, etc. for growth.

  3. Monthly Professional Planning Day (prayer, reflecting, planning, development)

  4. Quarterly Peer Call with other team leaders in their similar position

  5. Bi-annual Semester Review

    1. That includes a personal evaluation of professional growth and editing their professional development plan

  6. Bi-annual Ministry Leaders Training

    1. One is a 1-2 hour video call.

    2. One is a 2-5 day in-person training (2 days during years of Family Gathering, 5 days during off years)

  7. Every other year attending CMM Family Gathering
