Make sure to sign out of Chrome when finished

Mail a Normal Letter

  1. Sheets of $0.46 stamps are available next to the computer

  2. Record the value of the stamps you used Here

Mail a Heavy letter

  1. Click the Stamps.com icon on the taskbar

  2. Sign in (Credentials are automatically filled in)

  3. Select Stamps on the left taskbar

  4. Select I want the value of each stamp to be calculated

  5. Turn on the Scale (Make sure there is nothing on it when you turn it on)

  6. Next to Weight click Auto

  7. Place letter on the scale

  8. Select First-Class Mail under “Mail Class”

  9. Take a sheet of Blank stamps

    1. There is a number in the top right of the page

    2. Type this number where it says Serial Number

  10. Place the sheet of blank stamps in the printer with the stamps Facing You and Upside Down

  11. Select Print Postage

  12. Record the value of the stamps you printed and used Here

Mail a Package or Padded Envelope

  1. Click the Stamps.com icon on the taskbar

  2. Sign in (Credentials are automatically filled in)

  3. Select Packages on the left taskbar

  4. Turn on the Scale (Make sure there is nothing on top of it when you turn it on)

  5. Next to Weight click Auto

  6. Place Package on the scale

  7. Type in the Delivery Address

  8. Uncheck Print Receipt/Instructions

  9. Place plain white paper in the printer

  10. Select Print Postage

  11. Cut out the label and tape it to your package

    1. Do Not tape over the Barcode

  12. Record the value of the postage Here
