A filtered view is a convenient way to view a list of contacts along with the fields that you specify in a table format. You can save several filtered views for easy reference.

Create a Filtered View
Log in to your HubSpot account.
Navigate to the Contacts or Companies tab, depending on the type of view you want to create.
Click on the Views option in the left sidebar.
On the Views page, click Add view and click the Create new view button.
Give your view a name and choose the object type (Contacts or Companies).
Configure the filters and criteria for your view by selecting the desired properties and defining the conditions.
Customize the columns you want to display in the view by selecting the properties you want to include.
Set the sorting options if needed, specifying the order in which the records should appear.
Once you have configured all the settings for your view, click the Save button to create the view.
Your new view will now be available in the Views section, and you can access it to see the filtered and organized data based on your specified criteria.
Add Columns to a Filtered View
To add columns, click Edit columns on the top right of the table.
Choose which columns you see. Search properties and click the property you want to see.
If you don’t see the property you’re looking for, Click Create a property.
In the dropdown menu, click select group, write the label.
Click next, select field type.
Select property visibility
Click create.
Go back to the Edit columns dialog box, click Apply.

Note: It is not possible to edit the search bar unless you use the developer’s tool
You can only edit the search bar if you’re using it for websites or for landing pages.
